OUR TEAM
Andre is a seasoned Investment Banker whom started his investment banking career as a financial modeler. After spending the bulk of his 30 year career in debt, equity and advisory fields. After spending more than 23 years between debt and equity, Andre resigned from Investment Banking. At the time he was Managing Director and Head of Private Equity at Absa Capital part of Barclays Capital.
Prior to joining Absa Capital he was General Manager and Head of Structured Debt including Debt Origination at Nedbank Capital following the merger of the various entities in the then Nedbank Group. During his tenor at Nedbank and Absa Capital Andre was part of and headed technical business teams requiring a wide knowledge of accounting, financial modelling, income tax and commercial law. After his resignation from Absa Capital Andre started a small consulting business which developed into the consulting business present.
Aloma is a strategic planner and analyst with experience in the financial, health care, energy, environmental and IT sectors. She is well versed in valuation and strategic planning and has advised international firms with respect to strategy. She has also been involved with developing economic value-added corporate governance system as part of the Stern Stewart team. Aloma is familiar with and has implemented project management systems in various roles as an advisor, specialising in design thinking and agile type approaches.
